Our mornings were magical, sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking dense forest views. The staff were incredibly warm and made us feel like family throughout our stay.

Staff brought us welcome drinks and offered personal assistance for anything we needed. The breakfast spread included local delicacies, and afternoon tea was a lovely bonus. Spa facilities were top-notch with various massages available.

One downside was that my initial room had issues with the window locks, which made me feel uncomfortable. This was a bit concerning for security.
